Leanne Cooke received her law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. She earned a B.A. in Political Science graduating cum laude from Saint Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. Since graduating from law school, Mrs. Cooke has spent nearly all of her career focused on advocating for disabled individuals. Mrs. Cooke is devoted to helping individuals succeed in obtaining their Social Security disability benefits.During her time at Saint Edward’s University in Austin, she interned in the development department of Habitat for Humanity. The internship sparked a desire to pursue a career that would allow her to help people struggling through unexpected hardship. With that goal in mind, she embarked on the journey through law school. Shortly after graduating from law school, Leanne settled in San Antonio and began practicing Social Security disability law.Since beginning her career in Social Security, Leanne has especially enjoyed assisting military veterans. Her mother, grandfather and three uncles all served in the military and early on she developed a great deal of respect and appreciation for our service men and woman. She takes great pride in helping veterans obtain their disability benefits.Outside of work, Leanne has been busy with her new growing family. She and her husband welcomed twin girls Abigail and Lillian May 10, 2015. They enjoy taking long walks as a family with their two dogs and exploring the neighboring hill country.
