1. Do I need an Attorney?

 No, an attorney is not required to file for benefits; however, an attorney experienced in dealing with Social Security can make the process less overwhelming and increase your chances of approval.  

2. What is your fee?

  If you win your case, our fee is 25% of your backpay in most cases. If you do not win your case, then there is NO FEE.  

3. What areas do you service?

We are based in San Antonio, Texas but we travel throughout Texas to represent our clients.  

4. Do I need a denial first?

 No, we can help you file your initial application.  

5. What does "disabled" mean?

 “Disabled” means you are unable to work at “substantial gainful activity” (SGA) due to physical and/or mental problems, and your disability lasts (or is expected to last) 12 months or longer. SGA for 2017 is the ability to work/earn $ 1070 gross per month.  

6. When can I apply?

  We generally recommend you apply for Social Security disability benefits as soon as possible. For example, if you are in a major car wreck and believe you will be out of work for at least 1 year, then you should apply for disability benefits immediately.
